Scholarships

In memory of Henry Hall, the founder of NEFA, and his lifetime work, NEFA has initiated our Annual Video, Essay and Poster Contests for California youth between the ages of 10 through 14 in two categories, an individual, a recognized youth organization / educational group (i.e. School Class, Boy or Girl Club, Sport team, or Fine Arts group etc.) for the video contest only.

These contests are offered throughout the State of California. The “Say No to Drugs” theme contests have an emphasis on the dangers of drug abuse.

First place winner of each category will receive: $500.00

The judges will select one winner for each contest.
